Hi There! My name is Natalie and I have a passion for healthy living. I aim to live life, eat well and practice yoga, which is why that is my slogan for Nat Attacks A Balanced Life.
I started Nat Attacks a few years ago and with hard work and persistence, I was able to overcome my struggles with disordered eating. It’s something I still work on daily, but I’m so much happier than I used to be. I no longer count calories, weigh myself obsessively, binge eat, or workout compulsively. Balanced is how I feel in my life now.
I find that living a fulfilling life and practicing lots of yoga and other fitness regimes requires me to eat a wholesome diet packed with nutrients and staying power to keep me going. I do this by ‘eating well’, and by this I mean a balanced diet packed with plant-based whole foods. I aim to avoid processed foods, artificitial sweeteners and refined white sugars and flours.
My mission is to find a healthy balance without sacrificing anything or feeling guilty about indulging on occasion. I aim to live a 80/20 lifestyle, which means that I eat well 80% of the time so that I can indulge 20% and life live to the fullest. I hope to share my knowledge as I explore my journey into wellness. I will share my recipes, healthy alternatives, my goals, my inspiration and tasty motivation to keep you in balance.
